We never use additives, sugars or flavors.
And we never distill from syrups or buy bulk alcohol.
We process, mash, cook, distill, and bottle on-site,
using whole ingredients and small batches.
We will offer Palmeri Agave Spirit, Sky Islands Rum,
Dry Desert Gin and Sonoran Wheat Vodka.

At Palmeri, we believe in treading lightly.
We use only local, drought-tolerant crops
which are naturally suited for our Arizonan climate.
Palmeri will be off grid, using rain catchment, and we aim to be carbon positive. Agaves are spectacular at capturing carbon, the more we plant the better!

At 225 square feet, Palmeri is officially
the smallest distillery in America.
Not to worry! We have 20 acres outside
the distillery to enjoy and explore!

No flamingos yet, but here's hoping!
We will, however, have fancy drinks overlooking
a seasonal pond, so there's that.
Palmeri's Desert Tasting Patio will be
a vibrant, fun gathering place to enjoy our
beautiful Bisbee weather.
